In early 2024, OVATION Wireless Management  and Refreshed Tech officially launched a strategic partnership to simplify and scale the trade-in process for OVATION’s partner network. With OVATION seeking a reliable, hands-off solution to manage trade-ins, and Refreshed Tech’s customizable software platform ready to deliver, the collaboration quickly evolved into a cornerstone of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

To support rapid growth and increasing device volume, Refreshed Tech recently opened a new 105,000-square-foot building in Ashley, Indiana, equipped with advanced testing stations, logistics infrastructure, and expanded warehouse space. This upgrade boosts capacity to over 50,000 devices per month while ensuring high standards for data security and reporting. From this operational hub, the team also developed a white-labeled portal that enables OVATION’s partners to quickly submit customer info and generate shipping labels, delivering faster turnaround and a more streamlined, transparent trade-in experience.
