We are seeking Refurbishment Associates to join our dynamic team. This role involves receiving, handling, cleaning, testing, and packaging electronic devices while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Successful candidates are self-motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Plant Manager (On-Site)
The Plant Manager oversees the daily operations of Refreshed Tech’s processing facility. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of all operational areas — including device processing, repair, shipping/receiving, and value-add services.
Administrative Assistant (On-Site)
The administrative assistant is a dynamic and experienced individual responsible for supporting our sales efforts and contributing to our mission of promoting eco-friendly solutions. This position focuses on supporting customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction, and effectively coordinating between clients and internal teams. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and customer service, offering a chance to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Receiving Lead (On-Site)
The Receiving Lead is responsible for overseeing the receiving operations within our warehouse. This role ensures the efficient and accurate receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming shipments of electronic devices and components. The Receiving Lead will coordinate with other departments, manage a team of receiving associates, and uphold quality and safety standards.
Assistant Lead (On-Site)
We are looking for a proactive and dependable Assistant Lead Associate to support the Line Lead in managing daily activities on the processing lines. This role ensures that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and team members are supported in performing their tasks efficiently and safely.

This role helps ensure the accurate and efficient receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming electronic devices and components. While the Assistant Lead does not supervise staff, they provide operational support, assist with training, uphold quality standards, and act as a resource to Receiving Associates.
